Within the free app is an “in-app” upgrade option. When purchased, this upgrade will unlock two engaging features – the Style ID and the Saved Results by Name functions.

The Style ID lets you identify peoples’ preferred styles for relating to others. You will select 10 characteristics to determine yours or another person’s preferred behavioral style(s). Then, you will be able to access the relationship strategies for each style and save your results by name. In addition, you can save and view your contacts by group or groups, which allows you to quickly see where the strengths and potential blindspots are for each of your groups.

Already taken the online LIFO assessment or know someone’s preferred LIFO styles and want to enter them without taking the Style ID? No problem! With the Saved function, you can enter your contacts directly into the app and select the styles for them and even assign them to one or more groups.
